All sales are final. 

Once an order is submitted, we cannot modify or combine an order or change a method of payment.

Fresh Flowers

We take great care to ensure that our flowers are fresh and of the highest quality at the time of delivery or pick-up. Once the flowers have been delivered or picked-up, we are not responsible for their care or maintenance and cannot be held responsible for any damage or deterioration that occurs. Thank you for your understanding.

Should there be a problem with your flowers, we require notification within 24 hours of receipt with a photograph to allow us to investigate and refunds may occasionally be given on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the management.

Other Botanical Products

All packages should be opened immediately and evaluated. If there is an issue, please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date of your products so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
